North Platte High School

    North Platte High School is located in Dearborn, Missouri.  The school serves approximately 240 students in grades 9-12.  North Platte High School students consistently rank above the state norm in standardized testing programs.

Curriculum:  The curriculum at North Platte High School offers a wide range of courses presented through an Eight Block Schedule.  All students are required to take eight subjects per semester.  Four of these meet on one day with the other four meeting the next.  The days alternate and each day includes a thirty-minute seminar, which allows students to receive one-on-one or small group assistance from individual teachers. The following courses with slight variations are offered each year:
