Lumen presents Parent Portal How-to video
Company video answers questions on parent portal usage

Parents now have a video to help with the Parent Portal segment of Lumen; North Platte's SIS, grading, lunch, health, discipline and A+ record program. Lumen discovered that training new users on their product was reinforced with step-by-step instructional videos.
The link below is to Lumen's nine minute video for parents. As stated on the opening page, the screen shots will look different due to choices made by the district and individual buildings as to what parts of Lumen are currently being used. And in our case, since this is our first year with Lumen, some of the data isn't available.
The info on how to email teachers is not correct for our district. Copy and paste the teacher's email address into your personal email program and compose email as you normally do.
