Elementary Upcoming Events

*Monday, September 6th, there will be no school. Happy Labor Day!
*Friday, September 10th, Grandparent’s Day will take place at the Elementary. Grandparents are welcome to arrive at 1:30 p.m. in the Elementary Gymnasium. After each grade level performs, the grandparents are invited to follow their grandchild to his or her classroom for cookies and punch.
*Monday, September 13th, the district will dismiss students at 12:30 p.m. for an afternoon teacher inservice.
*Tuesday, September 14th, the Living History Readers will read to their designated classes.
*Tuesday, September 21st, school pictures will take place at the Elementary.
*Tuesday, September 21st, the PTA Unit Meeting will take place at the Elementary at 7 p.m.
*Wednesday, September 22nd, Elementary Progress Reports will go home.
*Friday, September 24th, Kindergarten will participate in Living History’s Apple Day.
*Friday, September 24th, the North Platte Homecoming Football Game will take place at 7 p.m. at the High School.
*Tuesday, September 28th, the Living History Readers will read to their designated classes.
*FYI- The Winter Concert will be Friday, December 3rd at the Elementary. Kindergarten and First Grade will perform at 6 p.m. Second and Third Grade will perform at 7:15 p.m. It would be greatly appreciated if Kindergarten and First Grade parents who are not staying for a Second or Third grader would move their cars after the 6:00 performance to make room for the Second and Third grade family members’ parking.
