Elementary Upcoming Events

*On Monday, March 15, MATH MAGIC will put on an assembly at the Elementary at 2 p.m.
*On Tuesday, March 16th, PTA Officer elections, meeting the N.P. School Board Candidates, and science experiments for the students will all take place at the Intermediate at 7 p.m.
*On Wednesday, March 17th, grade cards go home.
*On Wednesday, March 17th, PTA Chuck E. Cheese Night will take place from 3-9 p.m. at the Skyview location. Come join the fun. Fifteen percent of the evening’s proceeds go to the N.P. PTA. A free coupon book will be coming home in your child’s backpack.
*March 18th, 19th, and 22nd, there will be no school. Have a safe spring break!
*On Tuesday, March 23rd, the Living History Readers will read to their designated classes.
*On Wednesday, March 24th, North Platte Burger King Night will take place at the Platte City Burger King from 5-8 p.m. A percent of the proceeds go towards scholarships for North Platte Seniors.
*On Friday, March 26th, Preschool will have Cookie Day with the Living History Ladies.
*Kindergarten Screening will take place the week of March 29th through April 1st. Parents and Guardians who have a child who turns five by July 31st can call the Elementary Office at 280-3422 to schedule their child’s screening time.
*On Monday, March 29th, Third Grade Art Club will take place from
3:10-4:10 p.m.
*On Tuesday, March 30th, the Elementary students will participate in the last day of reading tutoring.
*On Friday, April 2nd and Monday, April 5th, there will be no school.
*On Tuesday, April 6th, the Living History Readers will read to their designated classes.
*Monday, April 12th through Friday, April 16th, the Elementary will participate in building wide standardized testing. Please make sure your child gets a good night’s rest and healthy breakfast.
*On Saturday, April 17th, the North Platte Carnival will take place from 2-7 p.m. Fun rides and games will be enjoyed by all.
*On Tuesday, April 20th, the Living History Readers will read to their designated classes.
